The Water Main Cleaning/Lining Project Has Begun

Our phone system continues to be down. Our provider is working to resolve the issue. If you need immediate assistance please call 401-490-5418. This is the phone number to our answering service. They will put in a ticket, email it to us and we’ll get back to you.

The water main cleaning/lining project has begun, and our contractor, Biszko Contracting Corp.,  is adding new valves and will be laying down the temporary by-pass mains along Pascoag Main Street this week in coordination with the RI-DOT roadwork on Route 107.   The work will also include the replacement of all valves and fire hydrants. The second phase, which will include most of the village north of Pascoag Main Street will begin later this summer.

There may be some very temporary service disruptions and occasional rusty water incidents as the new valves are installed, and as water service is moved to the temporary bypass mains and then back again once the cleaning and lining is complete.  Please bear with us through this project, which will greatly improve water quality when complete.
