As always, the health and safety of our customers and employees is of the utmost importance to us here at Pascoag Utility District. While the risk of contracting coronavirus/COVID-19 is still currently low, prevention is essential as this public health emergency continues to evolve. Beginning today, March 16, 2020 at noon, our office will be closed to customers. We will also be discontinuing our extended office hours on Thursday nights. Additionally, we will be halting all electric and water disconnections temporarily.
We are instead asking our customers to utilize our online payment channels at https://www.pud-ri.org/login or securely pay by phone 1-855-730-8710 instead of coming into the office. Payments can also be dropped in the drop box located in the front of the office. Questions can be answered by calling our office at 401-568-6222. Most necessary forms can be filled out using our website or by emailing a customer service representative at firstname.lastname@example.org. Staff member email addresses can also be found at https://www.pud-ri.org/contact. If you need forms or applications, please call us and we can email or mail them to you. We also will continue to monitor our Facebook page at www.facebook.com/PascoagUtilityDistrict to provide you the help you may need. We will continue to provide regular updates by CodeRed and on our Facebook page.
We apologize for the inconvenience but are doing our part to keep everyone healthy during these next few weeks. We truly appreciate our customers and we thank you for your help during this challenging time!
